As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organized, customer-focused HVAC Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to help keep our service operations running efficiently.If you're a strong multitasker who enjoys solving problems, coordinating schedules, and supporting both customers and field technicians, this could be the perfect opportunity to build your career with an industry leader.What You'll DoAs a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in our daily operations by coordinating service technicians, supporting customers, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and professionally. You'll serve as a key communication hub between our office, technicians, vendors, and customers.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist with dispatching and scheduling a team of 25+ commercial HVAC service technicians.Provide daily support to technicians by coordinating equipment, materials, permits, and field needs.Manage preventive maintenance contracts, including scheduling quarterly service visits, updating maintenance task sheets, and coordinating appointments with customers.Communicate with customers regarding service requests, work status, scheduling, and follow-up.Create and process work orders and purchase orders.Coordinate equipment orders and monitor vendor deliveries to ensure timely project completion.Process warehouse returns and maintain accurate documentation.File permits for HVAC service projects as required.Assist with incoming customer calls and service requests.Support the Service Director with administrative and operational tasks as needed.Help ensure a positive customer experience from the initial service request through project completion.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of dispatching or service coordination experience, preferably within the HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, plumbing, electrical, or related service industry.Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing priorities.Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently while supporting a team.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with dispatching or service management software.Experience coordinating field service technicians is strongly preferred.Why Join Unitemp?At Unitemp, we believe our employees are the foundation of our success.
