Prevention Links Inc seeks a Senior Peer Services Coordinator to lead and expand peer-driven recovery programs within our Community & Social Services department. In this nonprofit role, you will supervise peer staff, design and facilitate recovery groups, and coordinate outreach to individuals impacted by substance use and related challenges. You’ll cultivate community partnerships, maintain thorough documentation, and track outcomes to support grants and reporting. Drawing on lived-experience principles and trauma-informed care, you’ll champion participant voice, mentor emerging peer leaders, and ensure services are culturally responsive. This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for leadership growth and program innovation.
