Truck Driver Trainee

We are now Hiring Entry-Level Class A CDL Drivers – in Richmond VA and surrounding areas

If you have your Class A license you can get started with us with no prior experience. This is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates (in the last 2 years)of a CDL training program (at least 120 hour program) who are ready to begin their Over-The-Road (OTR) career.

We are offering:

• 23 immediate job openings

• Your weekly pay:

  • $650/week during training in your first 30 days

  • $1,200–$1,600+ per week after training (depending on route)

Orientation & Training Process:

1. Submit your application—we’ll contact you for a short phone interview

2. We guide you through the initial paperwork and online application

3. Your application is reviewed by a Class A hiring specialist

4. Upon approval, you'll attend a 1 1/2 day orientation

5. After orientation, you'll begin 4 weeks of on-the-road training ($650/week) You won't get home during this time.

6. Following training, you’ll take a short break at home to unwind (2–5 days)

7. Afterwards you'll then meet with your fleet manager to select your route and start as a full-time solo driver paying #1200-$1600 and up.

Requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old

• Currently hold a valid Class A CDL and current DOT physical

• Recently graduated from a 120-hour CDL training academy within the past 2 years, we'll need a copy of your certificate of completion. 

• Possess a clean driving record (no pending tickets) Any accidents in the last 5 years we need the accident report
  Any tickets in the last 3 years, we will need a copy of the ticket

• You must pass all DOT requirements, including hair or urine drug screening

• Be able to pass an extensive background check

• You must be willing and able to start within the next few weeks
