Coverage ModelDay Shift: 1 Physician + 1 NP/PA (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)Night Shift: 1 NP/PA with Physician On-CallPractice DetailsEMR: Meditech ExpanseOpen ICU with 8 beds; no Critical Care teamVent management requiredRun rapid responses and codesProcedures line placementMinimum QualificationsActive unrestricted Virginia Medical LicenseActive DEA with Virginia addressBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineActive ACLS certificationCompletion of an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency programCredentialing RequirementsMinimum two years of current clinical experience with supporting case logsDocumentation of case logs for the previous two yearsProof of completed CME activities for the previous two years or CME attestation included with hospital applicationCurrent flu vaccine within the same calendar yearComfortable performing privileges requested on the Delineation of Privileges formAvailability for schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5Malpractice Coverage$2.75M / $8.25MCoverage limits increase annually each JulyFacility Highlights
