Regional Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead large-scale telecommunications and network infrastructure construction projects supporting hyperscale and mission-critical data center environments.

This role is ideal for a construction leader with a strong background in Inside Plant (ISP) infrastructure deployment, fiber optic construction, structured cabling, and network build programs. Candidates with both ISP and Outside Plant (OSP) experience are highly preferred.

This position is focused on new construction, expansion, and infrastructure build programs rather than data center operations, break/fix support, or migration activities.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee telecommunications construction projects across multiple data center and network infrastructure sites

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, field supervisors, and construction partners

• Drive successful delivery of ISP fiber, structured cabling, and network infrastructure deployments

• Support OSP network expansion and connectivity projects where applicable

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, general contractors, and internal stakeholders

• Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and resource planning

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Support operational excellence across multiple concurrent programs and regions

• Mentor and develop field leadership teams

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications construction, network infrastructure, or data center construction environments

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, or regional operations

• Strong experience with Inside Plant (ISP) construction and deployment

• Experience supporting one or more of the following:

○ Hyperscale data center infrastructure

○ Fiber optic construction

○ Structured cabling systems

○ Network deployments

○ Mission-critical infrastructure projects

○ Customer site construction projects

• Strong understanding of telecommunications construction methodologies, project execution, and field operations

• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously

• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications construction, network infrastructure, or data center construction environments

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, or regional operations

• Strong experience with Inside Plant (ISP) construction and deployment

• Experience supporting one or more of the following:

○ Hyperscale data center infrastructure

○ Fiber optic construction

○ Structured cabling systems

○ Network deployments

○ Mission-critical infrastructure projects

○ Customer site construction projects

• Strong understanding of telecommunications construction methodologies, project execution, and field operations

• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and leadership skills • Experience with both ISP and OSP construction environments

• Experience supporting large-scale hyperscale data center programs

• Understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls

• Experience managing subcontractors and multi-site construction programs

• Background in fiber network construction and deployment
