Salary: $115,000 - $150,000/year

Empirical is seeking a Manager to support a major financial systems modernization initiative. If you have strong BI, data warehouse, and financial systems experience, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of enterprise reporting and analytics

What You'll Do:

• Support financial, procurement, and asset management systems with expert knowledge of data structures and reporting needs.
• Design, implement, and modify dashboards, analysis objects, and reports.
• Create and enhance Business Intelligence (BI) reports.
• Maintain and improve data warehouse structures and metadata.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across reporting environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams, data owners, and program stakeholders to support BI and data architecture needs.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience supporting financial, procurement, or asset management systems, including business intelligence development, data architecture, and data warehouse management
• MA/MB in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Intelligence
• Experience with financial, procurement, and/or asset management systems (required).
• Strong BI development skills, including dashboards and reporting.
• Deep knowledge of data structures, data warehouse metadata, and data modeling.
• Ability to work with technical teams, data owners, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation or security clearance.
