What You'll Do

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory analysesincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyall in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, rectify discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for accurate testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new employees or students, and contribute to maintaining high laboratory quality standards.
• Foster a clean and safe workspace while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation criteria.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health degree, in addition to preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification obtained in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is expected within your first year of employment.
• Keep your certification current throughout your tenure with us.
