Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCCs. This assignment offers a full-time position for the full school year, providing vital speech and language services while guiding a team of SLPAs in a dynamic educational setting. The role is itinerant in nature, serving two elementary campuses with approximately 70–80 students per campus, allowing for variety and professional growth.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is required
• Experience supervising SLPAs in an elementary environment preferred
• Comfortable overseeing a caseload of 70–80 students per site
• Proven ability to collaborate with faculty, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Not a virtual (Voco) position; only onsite applicants accepted

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students according to IEPs
• Oversee and mentor SLPAs, providing support and supervision as needed
• Manage travel between campuses and maintain organized itinerant schedules
• Document progress, complete evaluations, and attend IEP meetings
• Liaise with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive student support
• Stay up to date with best practices and compliance standards in school-based speech therapy
