As a highly valued Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a pivotal role either by supervising SLPAs and case managing two campuses or by providing therapy and case management at a single location. Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is required
• Experience within school settings and a passion for supporting K-12 populations
• Travel readiness for an itinerant role (if supervising multiple campuses)
• Spanish fluency is highly preferred
• Capable of completing or verifying fingerprint background checks through the TEA in a timely manner

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through grade twelve
• Maintain thorough case management responsibilities, developing IEPs and monitoring progress
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs (for the assigned role)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Keep precise service records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Support a culture of inclusion and communication across school communities
