First Shift Maintenance Technician (Food Manufacturing)

Pay & Perks

• $25-$31/hour (DOE)
• $1.50/hour weekly attendance bonus - yep, just for showing up on time and doing your thing

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep production running smoothly by troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance (because you fix problems before they happen)
• Work on conveyors, processing equipment, packaging lines, and more
• Partner with production to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Help improve processes-not just patch them up

What We’re Looking For

• Food manufacturing experience REQUIRED
• Meat processing experience = big bonus points
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
• Someone dependable (you like that attendance bonus, right?)
