The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. The role also includes performing routine building maintenance and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine building tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and snow removal.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment .
- Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
- Inspect machines and facility systems, reporting major repair needs to management.
- Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations .
- Support senior technicians and assist with special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or maintenance certifications preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems .
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills .
- Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Good teamwork and communication skills .
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or flexible shifts when needed.
