Our multidisciplinary team is committed to providing evidence-based, child-centered care that helps children build strength, confidence, mobility, and independence while supporting families every step of the way.Your RoleImplement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical TherapistProvide hands-on therapy focused on strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gait training, and gross motor developmentUtilize engaging, play-based interventions to support participation, functional progress, and developmental milestone achievementCollaborate with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team to monitor patient outcomes and adjust interventions as appropriateEducate and partner with families and caregivers to encourage carryover and continued success at home and in the communityUtilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care timeUtilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient managementManage a typical full-time outpatient caseload averaging approximately 10-12 patient visits per dayMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards
