Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Assistant (Civil litigation) to join its fast paced Dallas litigation team. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who excels at managing deadlines, preparing attorneys for hearings and trials, drafting polished legal documents, and keeping complex case files running smoothly. Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and expertise in civil procedure and state and federal e-filing are essential, with appellate knowledge considered a plus.

Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years experience of litigation legal assistant or paralegal
- At least 3 of those years in a commercial litigation environment
- Experience with TexFile/efileTexas and PACER/CM-ECF
- Experience with Texas Court procedures
- Must be able to draft pleadings , discovery requests and responses , motions and correspondence independently
Hours : Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
