We are hiring an experienced Legal Assistant with Civil and Commercial Litigation experience to play a key role in supporting attorneys through every stage of the litigation process. Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years experience of litigation legal assistant or paralegal
- At least 3 of those years in a commercial litigation environment
- Experience with Texas Court procedures
- Must be able to draft pleadings , discovery requests and responses , motions and correspondence independently
Hours : Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
