This position combines  customer service with consultative sales . You’ll work directly with clients who have requested information, helping them understand their benefit options and guiding them through the process.

We approach sales as a form of  customer service—focused on education, trust, and helping people make informed decisions , not pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients via phone and Zoom
• Schedule and conduct benefit overview appointments
• Educate clients on available products and coverage options
• Assist with applications and enrollment
• Build long-term client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely
• Open to coaching and professional growth
