TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44195!

Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN – Ohio

Start Date: November 20, 2026

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day/Night rotating shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM. Shifts may be variable to meet operational needs. Potential to float to similar telemetry units to care for the same patient population. Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

Highlights:

• Medical/Surgical Telemetry specialty with consistent patient population
• Rotating day/night shifts with 12-hour schedule
• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation
• Extension opportunities available for up to 18 months
• Pre-start modules required (average 6-15 hours; 4 hours billable)
• Background checks and fingerprinting required within 48 hours of contract signing

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of permanent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry required
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director from the specialty within the past 12 months (co-worker references not accepted)
• Negative drug screen required within 12 months of start date
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Clean license history with no open legal cases
