Job Title: CNC Machinist Job Description

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for interpreting and applying customer specifications, entering specifications into the CNC machines, setting up tooling, monitoring machine operations, and ensuring all tasks are completed while following safety protocols.

• Interpret and apply customer specifications.
• Enter specifications into CNC machines.
• Set up tooling for machines.
• Monitor operation of the machines.
• Follow 5S principles in the work area.
• Perform tasks while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in CNC lathe and mill operations.
• Experience in CNC programming.
• Ability to set up, operate, and edit programs for both mill and lathe.
• Knowledge of machining and micrometer usage.
• Above average math skills.

• Attention to detail.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex machines and tools.

Work in a climate-controlled facility with two different shifts available: weekday shift from Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm, and night shift from Monday to Friday, 4:30pm to 1am with a shift differential.

This is a Permanent position based out of Claremore, OK.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $63000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

100 % benefits paid for after 60 days

This is a fully onsite position in Claremore,OK.

This position is anticipated to close on Oct 2, 2026.
