$80,000 to $110,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE $150,000 to $190,000

Whether a client needs backlog relief, surge support, transition coverage, audit support, or a long-term team, we deliver people who know the work and stay.
About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business for our Credentialing Workforce Solutions. You will own the full sales cycle and report to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals
- Run discovery to understand client staffing needs and present tailored solutions
- Build proposals, rates, and staffing plans with internal teams
- Close contracts and hand clients off smoothly to operations
- Manage pipeline and activity in CRM
- Meet or exceed revenue targets
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare
- Experience selling healthcare staffing, credentialing, provider enrollment, CVO, medical staff services, or healthcare BPO
- Proven prospecting and closing results
- Remote work experience and ability to travel as needed
Preferred
- Established network with credentialing or medical staff leaders
- Knowledge of NCQA, The Joint Commission, or CAQH processes
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000 to $110,000, based on experience
- Uncapped commission on new client gross profit, with accelerators above quota
