Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7+ years of B2B sales within Medical Device, Life Sciences, or Regulatory Compliance
• Experience selling PIM, UDI, GDSN, SaaS, or compliance-focused solutions
• Proven success generating net-new business and exceeding sales quotas
• Strong consultative selling and full-cycle sales experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel up to 15%

• Medical Device industry network and relationships
• Experience selling regulatory compliance or data management solutions
• Knowledge of FDA, EU MDR, UDI, and GDSN requirements
• Experience selling professional services or staffing solutions
• Background with PIM, MDM, or product data platforms
In this role, you will drive new business development and revenue growth across the Medical Device and Life Sciences market, with a primary focus on organizations managing product data, UDI compliance, and regulatory submission requirements. You will identify and engage prospective clients, conduct discovery sessions to understand compliance and operational challenges, and position SaaS solutions that support PIM, GDSN, UDI, and regulatory data management initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and managing a healthy sales pipeline, performing outbound prospecting, leading product demonstrations, presenting tailored business cases, and negotiating contracts through close. You will collaborate closely with internal product and delivery teams while building relationships with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Executive stakeholders. Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex compliance-driven sales cycles within Medical Device organizations.
