Under general supervision, this position provides optimum customer service and leads student assistants at the Parking and Commuter Services (PACS) Administration service center. It involves cash handling, processing payments for parking permits, parking citations/penalties, transportation programs, data entry into a financial system, and balancing and reconciling cash drawers and deposits daily. Responsibilities Provide customer service and supervise student assistants at the PACS Administration service center. Handle cash transactions and process payments for parking permits and citations/penalties. Input data into the financial system and ensure accurate records. Balance and reconcile cash drawers and deposits on a daily basis. Position Summary This is a full-time, non-exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period. Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $3,565 - $3,936 per month (step 1 - step 6) CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,565 - $5,092 per month Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected. Eligible for a broad range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, retirement (CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave. 15 paid holidays are offered each year; 14 scheduled on specific days and a Personal Holiday that may be taken any time during the year.
