Join Our Family Medicine Team
We are seeking a dedicated physician to become part of our thriving family medicine practice. This busy clinic is supported by a team of three physicians and three advanced practice providers (APPs), catering to patients from newborns to seniors.
Position Highlights- Optional Coverage: Opportunity for emergency room and inpatient coverage available for additional compensation.
- Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work-life with a four-day workweek, consisting of ten-hour shifts. No night or weekend on-call duties.
- Location: Situated just one hour from a prominent 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital, recognized as one of the Top 100 Hospitals nationally.
- Competitive Salary: A two-year income guarantee of $301,290 annually, along with a bonus package totaling $150,000.
- Relocation Assistance: Moving allowance of up to $15,000.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Includes paid malpractice insurance, tail coverage, $6,000 for continuing medical education (CME) annually, two retirement plans, and a generous paid time off (PTO) package.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must achieve board certification within three years of eligibility.

New Hampton, Iowa, located in the northeast corner of the state, is a charming small town with a population of approximately 3,500.
