NOW HIRING SOUS CHEF

$20–$26/hour, depending on experience

Oliva is looking for strong sous chefs to help lead our kitchen team in an upscale, high-energy downtown restaurant.

This is a great opportunity for a serious kitchen professional who brings leadership, organization, speed, and pride to every shift. We're looking for someone who can support kitchen standards, help lead service, and keep the team focused and productive.

Available nights and weekends

Responsibilities include—

Helping lead the kitchen team
Supporting line execution during service
Maintaining quality and consistency
Training and supporting kitchen staff
Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient
Following recipes, systems, and standards
Setting the tone with urgency and professionalism
