Remote: Admissions Liaison

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm PST Be a part of a soul-hearted approach to healing Alsana is a national leader in eating disorder treatment, offering a holistic, soul-hearted approach to recovery for adults and adolescents of all genders. As an Admissions Liaison, you'll serve as an initial point of contact for prospective clients and help guide them through the early stages of the admissions process. You'll engage incoming leads, provide information about treatment options, and coordinate a warm handoff to an Admissions Counselor. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound leads and serve as an initial point of contact for prospective clients. Reengage previous leads and provide information about Alsana and treatment options. Determine initial client interest and program viability. Create qualified inquiries in Salesforce and coordinate followup with Admissions Counselors. Manage engagement through online chat, web inquiries, and other leadgeneration platforms. Maintain timely followup and help move prospective clients through the admissions process. Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure a smooth client experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong, compassionate communication skills. Salesminded with a strong sense of urgency and followthrough. Ability to problemsolve, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fastpaced environment.
