We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our primary care team in Crosswinds- St. Petersburg , Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an outpatient setting providing comprehensive care to patients across the full lifespan.

You will be part of a collaborative care team that emphasizes quality care, prevention, and long-term patient relationships in a supportive clinical environment.

Must have Primary care experience

Schedule & Practice Highlights

• Outpatient-only primary care
• Monday Friday schedule
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities
• Full-spectrum care (pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics)
• Strong clinical and administrative support
• Team-based, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Perform patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Provide preventive care, screenings, and health education
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Master s degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA)
• Active Florida license or eligibility to obtain
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Experience in primary care or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
