About the Role:

• USA Express is seeking an organized, experienced, and reliable individual to join our Legal Support Department. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal support environment. This is a Full-time position. 
  Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process incoming documents accurately and timely 
  • Set up / data entry 
  • Maintain constant communication with clients regarding filing status and updates 

• Qualifications
  • Previous experience in legal support, attorney services, or court filing preferred 

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure 
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor 
• Proficiency with computers and legal filing platforms preferred
