JOB PURPOSE:
The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is vital in fostering a welcoming, safe, and responsive environment that enhances the quality of life for residents in an assisted living community.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocol
- Assist residents with requests such as transportation scheduling, appointment reminders, and general information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping, dining)
- Maintain accurate logs and records (e.g., visitor sign-in, package deliveries, resident requests)
- Support event coordination and community programming as needed
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and in accordance with facility protocol
- Uphold confidentiality and respect for resident privacy at all time

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferredMINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcareMINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
N/A ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Familiarity with HIPAA and elder care standards is a plu
