Sales & Marketing Representative (Part-Time or Full-Time)

⏰ Hours: Flexible (Full-Time: 30–40 hrs/week)
???? Compensation: $17/hour + performance bonuses + complimentary sauna membership

Perspire Sauna Studio is a modern wellness sanctuary offering private infrared sauna suites paired with red light and contrast therapy in a clean, calming, and rejuvenating environment. We help our guests detox, de-stress, and feel their best and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated person to help us share that mission with our local community.

Your Role

As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you’ll be the face of Perspire Sauna Studio in the community. Your goal is to grow awareness, build relationships, and inspire people to experience the benefits of infrared sauna and red light therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Perspire at local events, wellness fairs, and community gatherings
• Visit nearby businesses to establish partnerships and promote membership programs
• Manage event setups, distribute promotional materials, and collect leads
• Engage potential members in conversation and confidently explain our offerings
• Maintain a pristine studio environment
• Sell memberships with confidence
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Uphold the Perspire Core Values, and take it to the next level with the Perspire Brookfield Core Values:
• Track and report outreach activity weekly

• Outgoing and approachable personality with excellent communication skills
• Genuine passion for wellness, fitness, or healthy living
• Reliable self-starter who’s organized, proactive, and enthusiastic
• Comfortable speaking to individuals and groups in person
• Available for some weekends or evenings (for special events)
• Reliable transportation required
