Our Team Members Are The Heart Of Our Club Show Map Location 3500 Clubhouse Lane,Boynton Beach, FL, 33436,United States Base Pay $18.00 - $21.00 / Hour Description POSITION SUMMARY: Develops and executes marketing and communication strategies with the Director of Marketing that increase the recognition of the Club and enhances the club's image. Such material includes promoting real estate, amenities, the club lifestyle and indirectly reinforces member pride. This role combines with protecting the club's brand and creating both digital and print communications, including website content, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. Administrative duties to support the Department necessary including strong writing skills,a good artistic eye, graphic design skills, excellent organizational abilities, and working collaboratively with various departments to ensure consistent and effective promotional efforts. The position contributes to building social media campaigns, writing blogs, preparing presentations, interacting with the members, coordinating PR opportunities, and taking videos and photos. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Administrative assistant to the Director of Marketing assisting with improvement of the Club’s Website, keeping it up to date, providing Newsletter graphics, and other communication media such as member eblasts and event Design marketing collateral content and materials including but not limited to mobile, website, multimedia, etc to promote the Club and the real estate within the community. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize marketing materials Maintain and update company public side of the website Monitor website and google advertising analytics using tools such as Google Analytics Manage a CRM to increase Club recognition and lead Attend events and take photos and videos for the Club’s Instagram, Linkedin, and Facebook channels to maximize awareness. Any other non-specified duties related to Membership, Marketing & Communications as directed by supervisor Must be available to work events in the evenings, holidays and some weekends. Education / Experience Preferred bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, graphic design or a related field. Preferred 2+ years of experience in a communications, marketing, sales, or public relations role, preferably in a private club, hospitality, or similar environment. Experience with Microsoft Office Software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Graphic programs Working experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and other Adobe products a plus but not required Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in website management, social media platforms, content management systems and multimedia tools. Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality visuals Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to changing priorities. Working experience in the private club industry or hospitality sector is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle members in a gracious and professional manner Professional verbal, telephone and written skills Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time, bending and squatting on occasion Ability to lift to 50 lbs. on occasion Ability to hear at a normal conversational level Ability to maintain high energy level when necessary High degree of emotional intelligence Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Ability Sound Designs Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Willingness to learn other digital programs Must be able to work under pressure, multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment Exceptional writing skills with attention to grammar, punctuation, and tone Licenses or Certificates Authorization to work in the United States required Grooming Business Professional Office Attire Well-fitted, pressed dressy pants, dresses, or skirts with blouses or tops are appropriate. Darker traditional colors like navy, black, or gray are preferred. Accessories should be kept at a minimum that complements attire. Dress shoes are required, except athletic shoes may be worn for outdoor events. Open-toed shoes are not acceptable. Every day office attire for men includes a collared shirt with dark chinos or dress pants. Tie is not required but welcomed. Well-fitted, pressed, darker traditional attire as above is preferred. All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (Specific standards are described in the Employee Handbook).
