Join Our Team as a Carpenter, Drywall & Painter!

Are you looking for a rewarding career in the construction industry? Jacobs Construction is seeking skilled carpenters, drywall installers, and painters to join our team in Upper Marlboro, MD. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and institutional building projects, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the success of our company. If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

Daily Responsibilities:

Install and finish drywall
Paint interior and exterior surfaces
Perform carpentry work, including framing and finishing
Install windows, and doors

Required Skills:

Experience in commercial construction projects
Knowledge of wood framing and wood framing techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Proficiency in finish carpentry
Journeyman carpenter certification or equivalent experience

Nice to Have Skills:

Expertise in crown molding and window installation

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, we provide health insurance and dental insurance benefits to our employees.
