Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Louisiana State License required
• 2 years of experience required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:30 - 17:00
• Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts
• Weekend requirement: 8 weekend shifts per assignment
• Setting: Inpatient Rehab
• Patient ratio: 1:14
• Emergency team assignment may be required during emergency events, with expectation to remain onsite until the event passes or serve as part of the relief team as assigned by the unit manager
