What will you do: As the Professional Recruiter, you will: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and executives across Trillium Living companies, aligning recruitment strategies with resident care delivery, staffing models, and workforce plans. Consult on role requirements, hiring priorities, recruitment timelines, and market conditions to support informed hiring decisions. Guide leaders through competency-based interviewing, structured selection processes, and offer decisions to ensure best-fit clinical hires. Manage the full cycle recruitment for open positions. Source, screen, interview candidates, and onboard new hires. Assist with internal transfers of employees to open positions. Build talent pipeline for hard to fill positions. Extend employment offers and support onboarding activities. Attend career fairs, networking events and community outreach initiatives. Develop partnerships with colleges, workforce agencies, social media campaigns and employer branding efforts. Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders and hiring managers.
