Human Resources Recruiter - Now Hiring

We are seeking experienced individuals with a background in the car industry to join our team as Recruiting Agents. In this role, you will use your industry knowledge and experience to help top companies in finding the right candidates for their open positions. As a Recruiting Agent, you will play a critical role in connecting job seekers with the right opportunities, and companies with the best talent.
Responsibilities
Source and recruit top-tier candidates for various industries
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Negotiate offers and ensure successful placement of candidates
Utilize various recruiting tools and resources to identify and attract top talent
Stay current with industry trends and market knowledge to provide the best service to clients and candidates
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in the car industry
Proven track record of successful candidate placements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
