Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Recruitment Support professional to join our HR team. In this role, you will help coordinate and support day-to-day recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates and hiring teams

Post job openings across internal and external platforms

Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

Support resume screening and prescreen coordination

Assist with recruitment workflows, including interview setup and offer preparation

Track candidate progress and provide updates to the HR team

Help ensure a consistent, professional, and inclusive candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Experience with ATS systems (Dayforce preferred) is a plus

Full-time hours (typically 40 hours/week)

Temporary/contract position (no benefits unless required by local regulations
