Summary Join the accessories team to deliver styling-focused, customer-first service both in-store and through digital channels. You will set and achieve sales goals, build lasting customer relationships, and provide confident product and fit recommendations. The role requires flexibility to support other departments as needed and a commitment to maintaining a customer-ready shopping environment. Responsibilities Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including use of text and social media Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and provide personalized styling and fit advice Provide excellent customer service on the customer’s terms and assist with ordering and fulfillment Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning Encourage and assist customers with enrolling in the store rewards program Be flexible to work a variable schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and follow through in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs Physical ability to be on your feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
