Senior Talent Management Specialist
The Senior Talent Management Specialist will play a critical role in driving and evolving enterprise-wide talent programs that shape associate growth, engagement, and performance. This is a highly visible individual contributor role for someone who enjoys being a trusted advisor, process driver, and problem-solver—while working at the center of a dynamic, people-first organization.

You'll act as a subject matter expert and connector, partnering across HR, Talent, and global teams to ensure programs are not only well-executed, but continuously improving.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will:
- Manage and administer core talent management programs including performance management, engagement and listening strategies, recognition, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Serve as a trusted subject matter expert and thought partner to HR partners and leaders—providing guidance, tools, insights, and recommendations
- Own day-to-day program execution, including project planning, communications, system and vendor management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with talent analytics partners to leverage data and insights that drive adoption and better decision-making
- Manage timelines, communications, resources, and stakeholders with a strong focus on quality and consistency
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and elevate the associate experience
- Support enterprise recognition programs, including high-visibility awards, ensuring smooth execution and meaningful impact

What You Will Need
- 3–5 years of experience in talent management, HR, or a related field
- Experience supporting or leading talent processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, recognition, or succession planning
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working with HR systems (Workday experience is a strong plus)
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Comfort leveraging AI tools (such as Copilot or similar) to improve efficiency and quality of work
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Safelite Home Office (7400 Safelite Way, Columbus, OH 43235). You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.
