Part Time Marketing Coordinator

We're partnering with a growing professional services organization seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support proposal development, marketing initiatives, CRM management, event coordination, and brand execution.

This opportunity is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You'll work closely with leadership and business development teams to create compelling marketing materials, support proposal efforts, manage marketing data, and coordinate industry events.
What You'll Do

• Assist with proposal and qualification package development
  
• Create and update brochures, presentations, project sheets, and marketing materials
  
• Maintain Salesforce data, campaigns, reports, and marketing workflows
  
• Support website content updates and digital asset management
  
• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and event logistics
  
• Manage project close-out documentation and marketing content libraries
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and meet deadlines
  
• Help improve marketing processes, templates, and workflows
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field
  
• 3+ years of marketing coordination experience
  
• Strong writing, editing, formatting, and proofreading skills
  
• Adobe Creative Suite experience, particularly InDesign
  
• Salesforce or CRM experience
  
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  

Preferred Experience

• Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry experience
  
• Proposal coordination or pursuit support
  
• WordPress, SharePoint, Deltek, or Google Analytics experience
  
• Trade show or event coordination experience
  

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
