Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mental health symptoms, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and various family therapy techniques.

• Provide ongoing education to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and healthy self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs and outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, including joint treatment planning and consultation.

• Stay current with research and best practices in mood disorders and therapeutic interventions, integrating new knowledge into clinical strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring client privacy at all times.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on clients dealing with relationship challenges, including divorce, family conflict, and other interpersonal issues. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, emphasizing culturally sensitive approaches tailored to individual stories and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• An empathetic, nonjudgmental outlook towards clients' experiences, along with a commitment to supporting them in their healing journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
