OTA / PTA NEEDED – BROOKTONDALE, NY 14817
Homeside Rehab is seeking licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for a home care opportunity in Brooktondale, Tompkins County, NY 14817 , near 33 Boiceville Rd.
This is a great opportunity for an OTA or PTA looking to add a flexible case to their existing schedule. We offer competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus .

Sign-On Bonus Available
Provide skilled therapy services according to the established plan of care
Work under the supervision of the appropriate licensed PT or OT
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and independence
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team
Active New York State PTA or OTA license , as applicable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and able to maintain a consistent visit schedule
Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
Home care experience preferred but not required
