Handle a diverse caseload involving Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law. Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, appeals, and motions. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and legal advice. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management. Stay updated on current laws and regulations within your field of specialty. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and excellent service. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Current license to practice law. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Liability Attorney or similar role. Proven experience in Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex legal issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
