The team combines executive search expertise, talent market intelligence, executive research, and strategic talent advisory capabilities to support leadership hiring decisions, succession planning, and long-term talent strategies.This position is based in the United States and operates in a remote work environment. The role collaborates closely with Hiring Managers, Human Resources, Talent Management, and executive stakeholders while supporting executive searches across multiple functions and business areas. Occasional travel may be required.As an Executive Search Consultant, you will lead executive talent research, sourcing, and market intelligence activities that support critical leadership hiring initiatives.
