Talent Sourcer (Contract / Contract-to-Hire) ONSITE REQUIREMENT - Hybrid, 3 days onsite in the Minneapolis-West Metro area Do you love the hunt more than the handoff? We're partnering with a growing team looking for a recruiter who thrives in sourcing. This is not a high-volume recruiting role focused on scheduling interviews and moving candidates through a process. This is for someone who enjoys tracking down hard-to-find talent, building creative search strategies, and uncovering candidates other people can't find. If you're the type who gets excited by a difficult search, enjoys ambiguity, and loves finding the "purple squirrel," we'd love to talk. What You'll Be Doing

Heavy LinkedIn and direct sourcing Building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles Partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders Developing creative search strategies Mapping talent markets and competitor talent Managing multiple searches across different teams Identifying passive candidates and generating interest What We're Looking For

$35-55/hour
