Senior Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a construction and contractor-focused organization in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract opportunity calls for a flexible recruiter who can quickly adapt to different business areas, build strong talent pipelines, and manage hiring needs from sourcing through offer stages. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, inquisitive approach and is skilled at engaging hard-to-reach talent across technical and corporate functions.Responsibilities:• Lead recruitment activity across multiple teams, adjusting priorities as business needs shift and rapidly building knowledge of new role profiles.• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates, including specialized talent that requires deeper market research and outreach.• Manage assigned requisitions through the full hiring lifecycle, from intake discussions and candidate generation to interview coordination and hiring decisions.• Partner with hiring leaders to clarify position requirements, align on recruiting plans, and provide insight on talent availability and market conditions.• Maintain accurate activity tracking within the applicant tracking system and support recruitment workflows across recruiting platforms.• Contribute both as a full-cycle recruiter and as a sourcing specialist, depending on team demand and hiring volume.• Apply a thoughtful, investigative mindset to uncover strong candidate matches and refine search approaches for difficult-to-fill openings.
