A leading healthcare provider in Indiana is seeking a Life Skills Clinician to support individuals and families in improving their health and wellness. The role involves care coordination and life skills training for clients with mental health and substance use disorders. A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
