licensed therapist or psychologistConduct intake screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations within required timelinesDevelop individualized treatment plans based on client needs, assessments, and treatment goalsFacilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions including trauma-informed and co-occurring treatment servicesDocument all clinical services in accordance with state, accreditation, and agency standardsParticipate in clinical staffing meetings and interdisciplinary treatment planning discussionsManage caseloads and meet department-specific Collaborative Service Goal (CSG) requirementsCoordinate with internal departments to ensure authorization and continuity of servicesAssist clients through transition and discharge planning processesProvide crisis intervention and coordinate emergency services when necessaryMaintain professional relationships with clients, referral partners, and colleagues while adhering to ethical standards and agency policiesProvide consultation and support to treatment team members regarding clinical concerns and evidence-based practicesComplete all required trainings and maintain compliance with regulatory standardsRepresent the organization professionally within the communityPerform additional duties as assigned by leadershipEducation and/or Experience Qualifications:Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field requiredMust be eligible to obtain full licensure with the applicable professional licensing board in the state of practiceMust be willing to complete all required supervision hours and licensing examination requirementsExperience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment services preferredKnowledge of evidence-based practices, diagnostic criteria, and rehabilitation methods related to behavioral health treatmentMust be willing to obtain licensure in additional states as neededExperience or willingness to provide telehealth services requiredRequired License/Certification:Master’s degree in a qualifying behavioral health field requiredCurrent driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance requiredAbility to obtain applicable professional licensure requiredAdditional Qualifications:Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skillsKnowledge of mental health and substance use disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to establish rapport and maintain effective therapeutic relationshipsStrong organizational, documentation, and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teamsAbility to adapt to changing environments and manage crisis situations effectivelyKnowledge of state regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines related to behavioral health servicesComfortable providing services through telehealth applicable certifications and licensesKnowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of the assigned programFor school-based programs, ability to provide services during school operating
