Payment And Compensation Medical coverage Retirement Plan Car allowance Gas allowance Phone Allowance Paid Time Off Compensation based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Job Description We are a residential restoration company that is a "Preferred Contractor" on several insurance programs that service San Antonio and the surrounding areas. We perform roof repairs/replacements, along with exterior and interior home repairs. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, full-time Project Manager that can plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. This includes the completion of residential repairs caused by water, wind, hail, fire, and other catastrophes. Candidates must possess good customer service skills and be able to professionally interact with insurance companies, homeowners, and subcontractors. Project Manager is required to work a minimum of 40 hours a week and may be required to work weekends and evenings depending on business and insurance needs. Qualifications Experience in residential construction to successfully manage multiple projects at a time Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Clean, well-groomed professional appearance Computer literate, including smartphone/device usage Contacts with quality subcontractors/skilled tradesmen with clean backgrounds is a plus Knowledge in Xactimate and XactAnalysis preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred Possible on-call rotation Company Description Blue Line Roofing and Construction LLC fosters a collaborative atmosphere that empowers employees to hone administrative skills, cultivate entrepreneurial spirit, and be rewarded for results.
