Building Maintenance Technician

Assist building trades persons with the performance of the necessary duties for the maintenance and repair of the equipment, buildings, and grounds. Required Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent experience. Minimum of three (3) years experience in construction, installation, or maintenance of mechanical and/or electrical systems and equipment. Required Credentials NFPA 70E within 3 months of hire date Preferred At least five (5) years experience in construction, installation, or maintenance of mechanical and/or electrical systems and equipment Hospital or medical equipment maintenance experience Current City of Seattle Electricians 07 License MedGas 6040 Quick Study UST Class C Compensation Range $32.70 - $59.50 per hour Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
