The Opportunity: Become an Industry Thought Leader This is not an event planning role—it’s a high-impact business intelligence position where you will shape the future of industries by identifying emerging trends, curating world-class speaker lineups, and building conferences that generate millions in revenue. By owning 3-4 major conferences per year, you’ll develop the expertise and network of an industry insider. What You’ll Do: Become an industry expert: Conduct deep-dive research through executive interviews, data analysis, and market exploration to uncover high-value business challenges. Curate elite speaker lineups: Identify and recruit C-suite and senior executives to lead discussions on the most pressing issues in their industries. Craft compelling narratives: Develop conference agendas that solve real business problems, positioning WBR events as the go-to forums for executive insights. Drive revenue growth: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align conference topics with sponsor needs and market demand. Deliver world-class experiences: Ensure flawless event execution and engage with industry leaders onsite.
