As the Lead Product Designer for Circle's Marketplace, you will spearhead the design of the Discover platform, a unique two-sided marketplace for creators and consumers. Your role involves identifying design opportunities, setting the design direction, and delivering a user experience that captivates and engages. You will collaborate closely with a founder-led product team to bring innovative ideas to life, focusing on an AI-driven experience that builds trust and meets the needs of both creators and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of the Discover platform.
- Identify opportunities and set design direction.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to execute design initiatives.
- Ensure that the design meets the needs of both creators and consumers.
