Key Responsibilities:
- Serveas primary contact for assigned strategic partners and drive jointbusiness objectives.
- Lead contract initiation, drafting, execution, and compliance forrevenue-generating projects.
- Manage Joint Steering Committees (JSCs) and alliance governanceactivities.
- Monitoralliance health, deliverables, risks, and contractual commitments.
- Identifyopportunities for account expansion and revenue growth .
- Resolvepartner issues and coordinate with R&D, Legal, Finance, Commercial,and Operations teams.
- 3+years of Alliance Management experience in pharma, biotech, ordiagnostics.
- Bachelor'sdegree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field .
- Strongstakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solvingskills.
- Experiencewith Salesforce and Conga .
- CA-AMor CSAP certification .
