This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesHire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievementPerform ride-alongs (4–5 per week) and run 3+ personal leads weeklyReview and adjust schedules, complete cancel-save appointmentsProvide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviewsBuild a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goalsRequirementsOne-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required3+ years in sales, 2+ years in sales management (preferred)High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and reliable vehicleStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsDetailsW2, OTE $175,000–$350,000+ (draw pay, commission & bonuses paid weekly)Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days)Full-time, weekends requiredField-based roleContinued Leadership Development
